Shipping within the United States is free. Global Priority shipping to anywhere else in the world is $11.50. We reserve the right to change shipping fees at anytime.

Your order will usually be shipped within 1 week of your order. Most orders will be shipped within 72 hours.

If your CD is defective or arrived damaged, please e-mail me immediately and we will correct the problem.

UkeTone Records reserves the right to refuse refunds based on customer errors. All refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
